Gene Tapper,  President, AmeriCal Long-Term Care Administration & Insurance Agency.  Since 1973, Gene has specialized in working with seniors, both as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and as a Long-Term Care Insurance Specialist. Because of his conviction to help people understand the need, the cost and financing of long-term care, he has been sharing his knowledge of long-term care with insurance agents through Senior Insurance Training Services, Inc. as a senior instructor and consultant since 1994.

His experience includes selling long-term care insurance policies to individuals and employer groups, his agency and staff members offer long-term care insurance on a wholesale basis and they provide administrative "back room" support to the many agents throughout the state of California and in Latin America. Gene has served on advisory committees with long-term care insurance companies, he is a worksite marketing long-term care resource manager for general agencies, a Consultant and Instructor with Senior Insurance Training Services, President Emeritus of California Senior Insurance Service, Inc., a contributing-author of Million Dollar Round Table's long-term care book entitled "When Caring Isn't Enough …", and a member and officer of the National LTC Network. Gene's ability to educate and share his first hand knowledge of long-term care has helped many agents successfully sell long-term care insurance in California and parts of the world.
